Xtuddix is a fully online, globally accessible platform. As long as you have an internet connection, you can enrol, take assessments, and download your certificate from anywhere in the world.

How does the certification assessment work?

After enrolling, you can attempt the quiz at any time from your dashboard. Questions are multiple-choice and drawn from the course curriculum. Beginner courses have 10 questions, Professional courses have 20, and Advanced courses have 30. You need to score at least 60% to pass.

What happens if I fail the assessment?

You can retake the assessment. Simply return to your dashboard, find the course, and click "Retry Quiz". There is no limit on the number of attempts.

How do I download my certificate after passing?

Once you pass, a "Download Certificate" button appears immediately on the results screen. You can also access it any time from your Student Dashboard under the Certificates section. Certificates are generated as A4 landscape PDF files.

Yes. Xtuddix certificates are recognised by 5,000+ partner organisations worldwide. Each certificate carries a unique verification ID that employers can check instantly at xtuddix.com/verify.

How long is my certificate valid?

Xtuddix certificates do not expire. Once earned, your credential is permanently on record and publicly verifiable at any time.

Can I earn multiple certificates?

Absolutely. You can enrol in as many courses as you like and earn a separate certificate for each one. All your certificates are stored in your Student Dashboard.

How does certificate verification work?

Every Xtuddix certificate carries a unique verification ID in the format XTX-YYYY-NNNNN. Anyone — including employers — can visit xtuddix.com/verify, enter this ID, and instantly confirm the certificate's authenticity, the holder's name, the course, and the date of issue.

Can certificates be faked or tampered with?

No. Each certificate is cryptographically linked to our database via its unique verification ID. Any alteration to the certificate document will not match the verified record, making tampering immediately detectable.

What information does the verification page show?

The verification page displays the certificate holder's name, the course title and level, the date the certificate was issued, and the current validity status.

I lost my certificate PDF. Can I re-download it?

Yes. Log in to your Student Dashboard, go to the Certificates section, and click "Download" next to any earned certificate. You can re-download it as many times as you need.

Can an employer verify my certificate without an account?

Yes. The verification portal at xtuddix.com/verify is fully public — no login required. Any employer can verify your certificate using just the verification ID printed on it.

The quiz is not loading. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache, disable any browser extensions, and try again. If you are still experiencing problems, contact info@xtuddix.com with your browser name and version.

My payment went through but I am not enrolled. What happened?

This can occasionally happen due to a network interruption. Please wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard. If you are still not enrolled after 15 minutes, email info@xtuddix.com with your payment reference number and we will resolve it promptly.

The certificate PDF is not generating. How do I fix this?

Certificate generation happens in your browser. Make sure you are using an up-to-date version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Disable any pop-up blockers and try again. If the issue continues, contact support.

I am getting a login error even with the correct password.

Try resetting your password using the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. If you continue to have trouble, contact info@xtuddix.com and we will help you regain access.
